Gujarat has the Longest Coastline In India. India’s total length of Coastline is 7516 Km. This is including the coastline of islands. The length of the mainland coastline is 5422 Km.

Nine Indian States have a coastline. They are Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Goa, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, West Bengal.

Two Union Territories with coastline are Andaman and Nicobar, the Lakshadweep islands. Andaman and Nicobar are located in the Bay of Bengal and Lakshadweep are located in the Arabian Sea.
